California at Utah—California has shown improvement. They come off back to back home wins to Oregon St by 12 and then an experienced Fresno St team by 8. They fought Seton Hall to a three point loss on a neutral court. They do defend well holding teams to 41.9% and 33.7% from three. Golden Bears make their free throws plus do a good job defending inside and grabbing defensive boards. Utah an inexperienced team returning one starter and a total of two rotational players. They are shooting only 43%. Utes have a home loss to BYU by nine and were blown out at USC by 20 in their PAC 12 opener. Play California +8.
