Atlanta fullback is out, and their defensive starters are healthy. Las Vegas quarterback O'Connell is questionable and on defense a tackle is out. Atlanta has a wide injury advantage based on the Dr. Chao health ratings. It is significant on both sides of the football based on the number or Raiders on the IR.
